Changing method of authentication for two accounts
The online support would have worked for one account; when it did not work for two accounts, a telephone consultation (at my convenience) was arranged. The telephone caller was prompt, very effective and efficient in solving the problem (and gave me a few other tips as he went along). He did all this in a very pleasant and warm-hearted way. I was very satisfied with the outcome and how it had been reached: a case of 6 stars if there was a sixth star.

Whenever I have a query and contact Xero, I always receive a reply quite quickly and my queries have always been resolved with clear instructions.

Payroll issue resolved very quickly!
Had an issue with payroll. Posted on the online customer line. Got an email answer within the hour, then as it needed more input, Xero called me with 2 hours. Amazing!
