Xero are how a support team should be
Xero are how a support team should be. Once you've opened a case you can book a call, at a time convenient to you, and you get time with a Xero expert who'll listen to your problem and take you through every step you need, whilst looking at your own account with you. They're friendly, knowledgeable and follow up with links to help articles so you've got something to refer back to. Wonderful service.

Transfer Certificate
I wanted to transfer my Advisor certificate from my old Xero account to my new one. I put in the request through Xero support in the afternoon and this was solved for me the next morning. I am really glad I have not lost the certificate and the process was very simple and quick.
