I had a problem 11 pm I was getting so…

I had a problem 11 pm I was getting so frustrated I emailed, and I am sure from my email they knew I was frustrated they called me within minutes and chatted and solved it - really incredible who else would do that

I dont know of another company that will follow though with customer service like Xero do. Great customer help desk and if the issue can't be resolved they call and help. Brilliant, thanks Xero!
