It can take a while to get a call back…but it's worth it!
It can take a while to get a call back from Xero support but when you do I find the advice, support and patience of the advisors extremely helpful. The advisor I spoke to today (Muhammad Husain) went above and beyond to resolve my issues which I couldn't have resolved without his expert know-how. Although it is sometimes frustrating having to wait for a call back I am never left feeling the service is anything but highly impressive

What made this experience even better…
What made this experience even better was that Sami called me without me even requesting a call, as he could see that I had been struggling with this current issue for a few days. He could see that a quick phone call and screen share would solve this problem, which it did! Amazing!
