Hannah from WFM support is the best!

I've recently come accross a really stressul scenario. Hannah from WFM has been absolutely fantastic and proactive in providing the support I needed. Her product knowledge, customer service, turnaround time, as well as speed of responsive and conscientiousness are outstanding.

Good response from Help line but a…

Good response from Help line but a phone call would have been better, suggest Xero has person to person call line. It was very difficult to find the Xero help contact. Spell it out make it easy.
