What do you like best about XaitPorter? It has an excellent interface, making it easy to produce more professional documents with fewer resources in less time, It also provides team leaders with better organisational and administrative controls to monitor progress and keep teams on track to meet their deadlines.

What do you like best about XaitPorter? My two favorite functionalities that XaitPorter offers is the Collaboration piece along with the time savings it has given our company.

What do you like best about XaitPorter? The standard template set up that gives a uniform and structured output of our tenders and projects and the fact that multiple writers can work simultaneously.

"Despite a few limitations, Porter has been instrumental in our proposal development process."

What do you like best about XaitPorter? We have all of our re-usable content and all of our finished proposals stored and easily searchable/accessible in Porter, which saves a TON of time. Admin-level users can see all activity of other users, preventing people from saying they've reviewed things when they actually haven't. Being able to control formatting from the back-end prevents rogue, non-branded formatting.

The increased and improved level of collaboration with colleagues who are working on the same document, from different country locations has exceeded initial expectations. Having fixed layout templates for the page set-up ensures the preparation of documents is far easier and does not involve the level of re-formatting experienced with Word. The ability to attach documents, no matter what their size, within a document saves a large amount of time ...

"XaitPorter was very user friendly and easy to use"

What do you like best about XaitPorter? I liked the use of XaitPorter for the ease of making one large document with an outcome of a large binder, so to say. It created one fluid document for creating tenders. Use of chapters, picture library and meta data made this very easy to create a nice project. Along with that, it was very easy to set up access for users as well as new projects that you're also able to put on different servers.
