"Xactly Objectives doesn't give accurate information"

What do you like best about Xactly Objectives? Its login features are good. Outside of that I don't like Xactly Objectives. What do you dislike about Xactly Objectives? It doesn't convey accurate information, and admins don't know how to set it up properly. What problems is Xactly Objectives solving and how is that benefiting you? It's aimed at providing comprehensive information to the leadership team.
