Online form creator with Wufoo.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Wufoo happens to be one of the best in its class in creating web forms. It has a wide range of forms available in multiple templates. This makes it possible for building online forms and event registration pages. What's good with this tool editor is that you get to have fun doing it. It's great tool to use if you happen to run a firm with a limited budget or you're operating a non-profit. What aspects are problematic or could work ...

A recommended tool for feedback gathering.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setting up Wufoo was really simple to do. I almost did the whole thing myself. When it comes to questions that I couldn't spot, their customer support was quick enough to respond every time. I love how we're able to put together good reports based on collected data. We're even able to look into the collected raw data. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Some parts of the UI need improvement. One of those parts ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? Forms are a pain but the drag and drop function is easy to use. My office uses this for our website. We started with the free version and then upgraded so we could have more in-depth. What do you dislike? Formatting can sometimes be a pain. Also, I wish there were more options to make it pretty. Example: I want more than one field on a line so the form isn't too long but it doesn't always allow. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Wufoo Woohoo
What do you like best? I like the ability to be able to have people register for events and complete surveys. What do you dislike? I wish the user experience was updated and there was an easier and cleaner embed in WordPress. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have had more sign ups for events and a greater attendance than in previous years.

Great product! Easy to use, very practical!
What do you like best? That it sends you the form in email as it was filled out, and that you can also run reports in .csv format to easily gather and evaluate data. What do you dislike? It’s a little more difficult than I’d like to get the .csv report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pre employment forms needed from applicants. It gives them an online link that they can fill out on any device with internet connection.

The price is right
What do you like best? The templates are easy to set up, functional, mobile friendly, and affordable. We were able to set up a contact us form within a matter of minutes. What do you dislike? Nothing! I would use and recommend Wufoo again and again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to set up and embed a contact form quickly, easily and affordably. It was so much easier (and cheaper) to do this without having to rely ...

Wufoo to organize our events
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to duplicate forms and create them easily (options for multiple choice, fill in the blank, etc) and how easy it is to export them to Excel and further organize our attendees. What do you dislike? I've never clicked it, but I don't like how the Delete All button is RIGHT next to the Export button under Bulk Actions. It makes me nervous that I'm going to try to export to excel, but accidentally delete all of my surveys. What problems are ...

Too many steps
What do you like best? We like the variety of forms we can have on our websites. What do you dislike? The way it's set up for our company, it takes too many steps. It connects to Zappier and after that drops info to Wrike. Zappier and Wrike always seem to have issues creating tasks, as i constantly get emails about zaps not going through to Wrike. So i have to go to Zappier and manually restart them. Just a hassle. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

I like Wufoo a lot, but I'm not at all happy with its unnecessary fixes.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Wufoo does a slick job gathering data thanks to its sophisticated tech. Form creators can be made if/then logic to curb unapplicable questions. Ever since it started, Wufoo has worked hard to bring in integrations with other brands/companies. Name a company/brand and it'll like function with WuFoo. Take note, there aren't any Ellucian products as Ellucian doesn't seem to get along with anyone. What aspects are problematic or could ...
