Clueless Support
The app is comparable to the many other similar AI writers on the market. Unfortunately their customer service is weak. I cancelled to upgrade my plan but still had 2+ weeks left and assumed I'd have access to what I paid for. Apparently not. They were unable to "find" my account and would not provide access even after providing the Paypal receipt. The "Accounts" dept. never replied so I take the loss. Update: 2 weeks later customer service contacted me and refunded the last month's payment.

Really Impressed!
Really Impressed! Overall, I love it. It seems perfect for what I need it for and it's super easy for a newbie like me to use. I figured it out on my second try. Pros I love how everything I receive from the AI writer sounds perfect. I've only needed to make a few minor tweaks, but it's all beautifully put.
