Bad customer service
I would give this platform zero stars if I could. After taking my money for a service that wasn't provided (my words weren't renewed for the two months I paid for and I could no longer login via Google), the customer service agent ignored my query and then responded in a condescending manner when I followed up. They discarded the appsumo customers…
They discarded the appsumo customers after they upgraded or got more seed funding. Our accounts have been downgraded and we are no longer obtaining our monthly limits. Very unprofessional, and they need to fix this within their system rather than having us do their work for them
