They downgraded my Lifetime Deal account to a free trial
This company sold Lifetime deals when they started out and now they have switched my lifetime deal subscription bought through dealify into a free trial account making it impossible to use professionally. Their support even claims my account doesn't exist in their database. They say I should "upgrade" to a paid plan if I want to access new features. Ridiculous.
