Purchased a subscription to Chatsonic
Purchased a subscription to Chatsonic. They advertise web, API, browser extension, and app suggesting it's better than ChatGPT. After buying, they told me I only get access to the first three. The app, which I was interested in, is a separate subscription that they just don't mention. Then they refused to refund or switch over to the app even though it was their misleading advertising. Besides, the software usually gives incorrect information. Skip it and use real software like ChatGPT.
