Writesonic the "TOOL"
First of all, the discord community responds almost immediately to any question, doubts or bugs about the platform, I think this makes a big possitive change. About the app, been using it for a couple of months and have to admit that there are still a few things needed to develop, but you can see that the work to improve it is being done almost every week with small updates that comes from the community.
