The worst product I bought
The worst product I bought. They offer LTD on Appsumo and now we can not get updated, they said they will give LTD users all future features.

They promise a lot, but do none of that
We started working with WriteSonic about half a year ago, made an integration with the bot and paid a low plan to give it a test. At first, everything went well. Support and account manager were always in touch and there weren't much problems with the service itself. Then we decided to upgrade our plan quite significant and start working with them more tightly. Unfortunately, at that point, everything went awry.
