High fees, low quality writing
They charge you high monthly fees, supposedly to provide various writing tools and "manage writers" when in actuality they didn't provide anything and I had to give the writer my own SurferSEO editor to use.The platform is very difficult to navigate and you get a bot "live" chat pop up on every page you visit.I picked $0.04 cents per word as I thought it would provide a good balance for the topic I had prepared. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? They have a very comprehensive, easy-to-use customer portal. I use it daily, and it makes my life SO much easier. With previous vendors it was a lot of back-n-forth emails, ZIP files, etc. With WA the workflow is seamless. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I can't think of any. I'm gushing, I know - but I've tried several other vendors and I'm SO happy with this team and their service! What features/services would ...
