Sub-par, poor customer service

Powerful tool, but it only works in companies that have (or enforce) Silicon-Valley-like work flows. Their integration with Outlook leaves much to be desired, with no clear way to integrate with the calendar function (except through third-party apps like Zapier--and even then it's messy).
