Best way to manage your team

I've implemented wrike for a 80 person company for 12 months now. While there are little issues here and there (such as creating PPC reports, this is a quick way to get started in managing projects for your team. It's quick for anyone to learn and the gantt charts are a pleasure to use.

Wrike gives me a great visual of my team

I love the customizable dashboards in Wrike. I can see at a glance what each team member has on their plate at a moment. In spite of its price tag, it is worth it for me to see things that matter to me in a way I understand. I do wish it had a better means of making conversations private within a task but it is workable.

Easy to use but wish it had a few more features

Our team loves Wrike. It's easy to use, reasonably priced, and has an awesome training center for new users.Our marketing company has been through several PM systems before starting with Wrike. The ease of use can't be beat. Only downside is tracking time for tasks versus time allocated and no integration with QuickBooks. We'd love to be able to enter time allocated to a task and be able to track time used & time left. But Wrike is constantly updating and improving, so I hope those features ...

Great collaboration tool

Wrike is a great collaboration tool. It has helped foster better communication between departments at our company. Gone are the "Are you done yet?" emails. By using the subtasks everyone knows the next step in a task and who owns it.We are starting to gain better history on projects as a result of using Wrike. When asked why a decision was made, we can simply review the old task and see the conversation that may have led to the decision.

Innovative way on handling you task and projects

Wrike is right now is the most awesome project management web app that I came accross with. From data backups, task managements, micro tracking every milestone and more. On a monthly basis there are new breakthrough on their services that makes managing even more easier and better.

I only wish we started using it sooner

This has made huge improvements with accountability in our group. The interface is easy to use. The iOS apps are beautiful.

Great tool for our team, and getting better all the time

Wrike is lighter than a feather when it comes to maintaining so many things in one platform that's more than user friendly. I strongly believe in Wrike and its sophisticated capabilities and the detailed information it can produce with few clicks. One click can turn an email to a task which is more than convenient for someone with lots of things to handle and manage.
