A solid option with great customer service

What do you like best? Their customer service is the best in the business! What do you dislike? Nothing major here. It takes a bit to learn how best to use it, but that is the case with any program. Wrike is a good wee tool, and has been very useful for our business. It's very flexible, so users can use it as they want to without upsetting the overall process. For example, more visual people can opt for a canban style display. You can organise your tasks how you want them, e.g. tasks to be done today, or tasks due this week, or tasks from a certain person, and have all these lists display on your personalised dashboard. What do you like best? I enjoyed the ease with which you could look at tasks that were due and how easy it was to mark them as complete. It was also nice and easy to add tasks for others to do. Wrike was an answer to our project management prayers

What do you like best? Wrike allow us to collaborate as a team better than any other project management system we tried - and we tried a lot of them. Their focus on templates for repeatable tasks is so helpful and reduces the burden of recreating tasks over and over that creates a barrier from wanting to use the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Gantt Visualizations / New Board Views are Fantastic. Also love the ability to dynamically ask and answer questions around "What if" and other such pieces of true project management that are frequent issues across the board. What do you dislike? Great product and excellent support

Great product, especially working with distributed teams. The customer support is 10/10!!! And they are always adding new features. The major downfall is you can't print a Gantt chart of your project nicely.

I love the Customer Service

Wrike is an amazing tool. Since I started using it 3 years ago a lot of new functions have been developed and often they met an immediate need I had. But most of all I love the responsiveness.The few times I have chatted they have been enormously helpful, but being old school and not dot.com I am not so much into chatting.
