What do you like best? This platform is very customizable to your team's needs What do you dislike? Because it is so customizable, it can be difficult to set up. It has some little flukes that need to be resolved to make it more user friendly and to better integrate the Adobe extension. I wish it integrated with Outlook email so we have records of email conversations about projects and so that flagged emails become tasks in Wrike. What do you like best? This was the first time I had used Wrike. It was very easy to navigate and made task management so easy. I would recommend this to another small to medium sized company. What do you dislike? No dislikes. I wish I would have been able to use it more though. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Group tasks are much easier and you can do any hour of the day.

Good but challenging to stay on top of

Solid experience on the low end

What do you like best? My favorite features of Wrike is that once you learn it, it's fairly easy to master. The interface is pretty simple and I can add tasks quickly. What do you dislike? When you add a task and assign it to someone, there's no confirmation it sent, and no send button, So you have to trust that it gets assigned and sent to the person you assign it to. By far the best option

What do you like best? Built in Workflows -- we use custom status to manage task workflows in radically different businesses to great success. What do you dislike? It is still difficult to integrate Wrike with secure document storage. Great for collaboration and growing businesses

What do you like best? It's format is open, so it's pretty conformable to how you want to use it. You just have to think through how your business operates and organize it so it makes sense. It gets a little mind-bending once you realize a folder can also be a "status tag" or "category", but that adds another dimension of organizing your workload.
