I've been a Wrike user for about 4…
I've been a Wrike user for about 4 years now, and it's continuous product enhancements always amaze me. While I think there's room for improvement on the account management side, the product team seems to listen to customers and strives to make my life easier through all of the bells and whistles the platform has to offer.

Had an amazing experience with one of Wrike's customer support team, Ellen Harte. Great Task Management
What do you like best? I like the organization and communication Wrike provides for service requests. The communication is easy through Wrike, whether it's selecting a status or sending a message. Easy to communicate with other collaborators on projects as well, everyone is always up to date on progress. What do you dislike? The most Flexible Project Management tool
What do you like best? Wrike understands that project management is about process. Identify the process gaps within your organization or team can have huge impact on productivity and time management. Amazing PM Software with Awesome Proofing Feature!
What do you like best? There are so many great things about Wrike! But two favorites are 1 proofing feature and 2 it time and date stamps all conversations within Wrike, like a newsfeed. Proofing is done within Wrike as well and both of these things eliminate the need for emails outside of Wrike. Literally EVERYTHING can be done for a project within Wrike! And you can have as many apprivers as you want on a proof and they can all be proofing at the sane time, and communicate with each ...

Easy to use, but missing some features
What do you like best? When paired with a knowledgable project manager, Wrike is a fantastic project management tool for either a small group or a large department. What do you dislike? There are no folders, only projects. It gets very hard to find a document in the mess of projects after a while. Die zuständige Datenschutzbehörde wird trotz Nachfrage auch nicht genannt. Hintergrund: Ich habe über meinen Account ein Gastprofil in einem fremden Unternehmen. Great way to collaboratively work on a task
What do you like best? I like the fact that you can assign tasks to specific people. It is easy to understand and can be conveniently done. Because the page is updated very fast, people can work collaboratively which makes the work process very efficient. I also like how fast the support person was.
