The software is overall well built but with much more features then we actually require and was hard to get the team engaged with it.We have asked to reduce the number or licenses which was accepted and received the proper quote for it.To my surprise they automatically charged my credit card for the previous year's package, which generated several documented expenses that they refused to credit.Wrike made a mistake and refused liability. We lost 570USD. Wrike lost a client and 1500USD revenue.
