What do you like best? I am a fan of the folder and project structure. We have a LOT of clients and a lot of tasks and this helps have some kind of order to them. Wrike is Customizable

What do you like best? We are able to create a workflow to have a centralized request process. We can track and assign requests for projects and tasks. I love the proofing feature. It makes it easy to mark up and provide feedback. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting features aren't as robust as we would like. My favorite to-do tool

What do you like best? I enjoy the flexibility to save projects and to-do items on a micro-level up to a macro level. I like that I get reminders each day of pressing to-do items, but I can also go into each individual folder and find the remaining items. The collaborative aspect is easy to use for a team as well. What do you like best? Wrike is a flexible tool for task management with a very granular task breakdown (project/folder, tasks), supports GTD workflows almost out of the box, and if your organization has it -- it integrates fabulously with outlook.
