Wrike is AMAZING

What do you like best? Wrike makes it so easy to manage projects from a PM perspective! Every team and every detail is easily accesible through the Wrike timelines feature. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is so much going on within one timeline that a comment or part of a discussion can easily get lost. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Wrike improves efficiency immensely.

Literally the worst UX I have had to…

Literally the worst UX I have had to date. If I try to use the Wrike app for Windows, which is just a web app, I need to sign in again every time my computer goes to sleep for longer than 8 hours, i.e. I need to sign in every. single. morning.It doesn't matter that I choose "Remember this browser", because I still get signed out. Ridiculously bad UX. Develop natively or not at all.

What do you like best? I like the flexibility of the tool. Integration with other tools like Salesforce. What do you dislike? I wish we could customize the reminders in a better way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing reports with customers, top management. Reminders, approvals, delegations. Great tool in fact.

Auto renewal

Beware of their auto renewal policy and then when you try cancel they threaten you with negative listing against your company. As good as the product may be, the way the approach you as a client, instead of trying to recover the relationship they threaten you. Thanks Jono twice before using Wrike
