WPX is the King (or Queen?) of Hosting support. Just now Alex helped me in a second, but this goes for all the support people. They are all good, fast and efficient. All the rest of the Hosting companies should learn from WPX. Excellent Job!

Outstanding Customer Support!
The live agents are my favorite part of using WPX! Every time I have had a technical question, they have been able to help me with walkthroughs and tutorials. For instance, I just got finished working with Stefan J. who aided me with clicksheets to show me how to use my FTP. He was very patient through the whole process. I highly recommend this company.

WPX Hosting online support is fast, efficient and always helpful. I've worked with a lot of server companies and WPS has the 'gold standard' for support.

Really quick and helpful support. Every time I contact WPX, they sort out whatever the problem is quick and easily. They actually READ my issue and help me find where to solve it and know what they're talking about. It's not just from a script like some companies.

I am thoroughly impressed. One of the standout features for me has been the 24/7 support.
