I went with WPX because I hate dealing…
I went with WPX because I hate dealing with backend stuff and am clueless about a lot of technical web stuff, and had read that their customer service is stellar. They do not disappoint - the added expense of a high end managed hosting is worth it! 24/7, someone is always right there to help. I highly recommend WPX.

Another great customer service experience!
As soon as I logged in to my WPX page and contacted customer support, Bozhil was on top of my issue. He did manage to solve the problem I lad with a conflicting plugin and he also sent me the error stack to reach out to the plugin developer for further investigation. You can't ask for more!!! Thanks, Bozhil!

I've been with WPX for a few years now…
I've been with WPX for a few years now and highly recommend it. The hosting is great. It just works and is fast. But the main reason I love WPX is their support. Whenever I have an issue, there's always someone on the chat who's actually technical and can sort it out. They go above and beyond. Today Atanas just helped me sort out an issue that I would have spent all day trying to fix, and he did it in under 10 mins... Highly recommended.
