Velislav did a great job. Really went above and beyond. I'm technically challenged, but he was able to walk me through it. This review is for just one customer service agent helping me with one specific problem (SSL certificate), but WPX is awesome overall. Service has issues plus their service staff lies to you

Their staff lies to customers and denied me a refund after 44 days. I paid yearly in advance (their refund policy is 30 days and I even offered to pay for the month I used). Prior to this, I was a customer of WPX and never had any issues. Upon coming back their service would throw 502 errors on ALL of the websites we had hosted there. This didn't happen on our server before, it doesn't happen on the new hosting now. This ONLY happened on WPX. If you don't know what a 502 error is, google ...
