Insanely great
I had a question - but to say the support is fast is almost a disservice. It's like having WPX be employees and you Slack them for an immediate response. I used their chat and Alex helped me in less than 5 seconds - it was absurd how good this is. Will never use another hosting site again.

Resolving the issue with SMTP mail form!
I had an issue with an email smtp server and a contact form. The support (Ivo) helped me resolve this from my WordPress dashboard. Thanks a lot to WPX :)

WPX has hands down the BEST customer support!! Patient, kind, respectful, immediate, and really wants to help you with any questions, concerns and even holding your hand in any process necessary.
