Poor service and complicated to cancel
Poor service and super complicated to cancel. Despite speaking to multiple chat agents, being interrogated for my reasons for cancellation and attempting to do it myself on multiple browsers it is still not possible to do. Guessing it’s a ploy to keep people subscribed. Other hosting providers seem significantly more transparent and customer centric

WPX is outstanding!
WPX is outstanding. I was hesitant to move my sites from my previous hosting company but I am so happy I made the move. Nikola, one of my more frequent support reps is so helpful, intelligent, and thinks outside the box. Support is fast and always spot-on. WPX is the best!

Ivena was extremely helpful! She was patient and helped me troubleshoot exactly what was going on and waited to ensure the problem was resolved before she ended the chat. She got my site back in business within a few minutes of starting the chat!
