The best support team on the planet
It's hard to overstate that excellent level of support provided by what is, IMHO, one of the best wordpress hosting services On.The.Planet - with one of the most impressive help desks I've ever come across. Every time I reach out (at least once or twice a month for the last 4-5 years) I get a real person who is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. In most cases my issue is resolved within 5-10 minutes - if not and has to be elevated to engineering team it is resolved by the next day. Thanks WPX.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could
I generally only write reviews when I've been scammed. But WPX deserves all the 5 star reviews they can get. Like everyone, I've bounced around multiple hosting companies. WPX is by far the best. It is significantly faster than the others. Their tech support is available 24/7 usually with no waiting. They even help solve issues that really aren't their problem. The only downside is not much of a Cpanel, but their tech support will just handle anything for you anyway.
