Ivan G - great customer service!
Ivan G. helped me implement a code I had no idea how to put in my wordpress site very quickly. I agree with many of the other reviewers here. WPX has excellent customer service. I have been hosted by other cheap co, and their customer service is horrible. WPX is worth the higher price. You get what you pay for. I recommend WPX to everybody who is trying to host a domain.

Hands down, best customer service I've ever experienced
I'm blown away by the excellent customer service I received from Massimo when trying to set up my hosting service with WPX just now. He was super patient with me. I am the worst clueless, non-techie out there. I didn't even realize what it was that I was really needing to do but he took the time to clarify everything and really went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up correctly for me. Absolutely Best Wordpress Hosting! I think I've been a customer for almost 10 years. I used to have a fear that their service would eventually fall of because I've seen it happen with other companies. Not WPX. Best hosting company!
Was helped by Nikola today and she did such a good job, fixed the issue straight away (this was only a few minutes after I sent the initial support ticket… on a Sunday!) Miles better than my previous hosting providers, wish all businesses were this decent to their customers 👍

Best Hosting Company EVER!
Today Teodore assisted me, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me solve my email question, even though it was a cloudflare issue!! I have been with wpx for 5 years and they have an amazing help team via chat! I have never been left without a solution when I have an issue

The best host and the best support I have experienced, by a very wide margin! I had been struggling to update Wordpress and most of my plugins were not working as a result, including Elementor (so my website looked a mess!). Velislav investigated the problem - and resolved this within less than 15 minutes! WPX have also helped me with a number of successful site migrations - I therefore recommend WPX very highly for number of reasons, not least for the high quality of their support.

The best support team on the planet
It's hard to overstate that excellent level of support provided by what is, IMHO, one of the best wordpress hosting services On.The.Planet - with one of the most impressive help desks I've ever come across. Every time I reach out (at least once or twice a month for the last 4-5 years) I get a real person who is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. In most cases my issue is resolved within 5-10 minutes - if not and has to be elevated to engineering team it is resolved by the next day. Thanks WPX.
