Yoana made my experience great because she answered right away...like literally upon me clicking submit to enter the chat. She was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and lightening fast with helping me with my domains nameservers for my email subscriber. I'm never leaving WPX as they have the absolute best customer service and their hosting is top-notch as well

It is not what it was used to be
It is not what it was used to be. They have a system for blocking so called brute force attacks, but it is easily triggered with a number of requests. I keep getting blocked off my website, write the support and wait couple of minutes and the reply is always the same "it is for your security". Then, 10 minutes later I am blocked again, I contact them again, same answers. No response whatsoever for how many requests it is blocking or not. Best Customer Support On the Internet!
I moved all of my sites to WPX about a year ago. I have asked their support a TON of questions. Each and every time, the person either stays on with me and explains it all to me in a way I can understand, OR they will even set everything up for you. If you are not very technical, they will literally do everything for you. I own a company, and pray to God someday my staff will be this good to my customers. Alex K. at WPX customer service was extremely helpful! I had newly purchased annual hosting, he helped install Wordpress on my site and move my domain from GoDaddy, all through the WPX customer support chat function. He was very fast and friendly. Thanks, Alex!
