I am never disappointed with WPX support
I am never disappointed when I contact WPX for support. Any time I need assistance, they are right there at the other end of the chatbox. They are super kind, VERY patient (you need to be with me because I like to tinker) and quick about helping out.

Georgi Jekov did a great job and solved my problem for me. As a non-techie it's worth its weight in gold to have support that often will make the tweak or do the fix for you. Been a customer for years and never hit a wall with them - always got a solution.

When things go wrong - they help FAST
Over the years I have wandered off to other providers and luckily kept my WPX account current. The last time I strayed I waited 2 days for the "other" provider to get back to me. After the issue arose I contacted WPX and was up and running in 30 minutes. Like I said, 2 days later the "other" provider got back to me. Enough said.

WPX Hosting has the best customer service. My questions are never left unsolved and the help that they can provide from their end is amazing and saves so much time and confusion. I love how they tell you exactly what is going on and what they are going to do to fix it. Always a great learning and service experience.

before it was creat hosting, but they become more and more and more capitalistic, asking money for everything, if you are completely beginner, it may be good, but if you can , you can go get VPS for 60 dollars , and run 100 website instead of 10 website
