Excellent customer support, faster site loading
Really excellent customer support. Their live chat makes it so fast! Unlike other hosts where you have to sit in a queue and wait for a support agent at times I have never experienced that with WPX Hosting. Tremendous company. Great technical capability, but above all OUTSTANDING customer support.... quick response times (lightning fast!), knowledgeable support agents. I've been with WPX for a few years now and host around 40 sites there. I love the service - really easy to use and if you've ever got a problem, no matter how small, the team are always on hand to help (I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 seconds to speak with someone on live chat!)
