The support I received from Ivaylo…
The support I received from Ivaylo tonight was simply fantastic! He had a difficult theme installation and worked through everything to get it right! He did not give up until the job was done! It's the support from people like Ivaylo that keep me renewing my hosting account with WPX year after year. They simply have the best support staff!

Awesome support with site migration!
Support is top notch! And QUICK! Stefan was a HUGE help early this morning when it came time to 'flip the DNS switch' and make our site go live on WPX Hosting. This is a 'money' site with good traffic, so I was doing it at 2am. You know, when I was in Zombie mode. Stefan helped configure DNS (I'm not that technical) and then when there was a problem with images still trying to be hosted with the old CDN, he fixed the issue while I waited.
