I have always liked this service
I have always liked this service. It offers good value for money, and the labradors are cute! I've been a client for 18 months, and have found the support as good or better than much more expensive services, such as WP Engine, where I have 10 sites hosted.However, and it is a big however, all five of my sites hosted at WPX Hosting were messed up by some recent server settings adjustment. Hristo helped me recover from a big mistake i did when extracting a zip file in a website. I thought i lost 10 hours of work and was ready to do a backup from previously saved automatic backup. He tried a couple of things and then fixed it! Hristo - What a wizard!

Only low level online support over weekends
I have been with WPX Hosting for a number of years now and have been happy with support. Until I found a major weekness in their support system I just ecnountered an issue where 6 websites emails are all down and my clients and I are unable to receive any emails. I spoke to them and they said they cant fix the issue and have escalated the problem to admin and only they can fix this next week in working hours. This is shcoking as thought there online service was 24/7 but now 6 websites ...
