I don't think I have ever had bad support from WPX. A very fast way to get the help you need immediately. Polite and very knowledgable.After using many different hosting companies for over a decade, WPX is by far the best out there. Awesome company and the fact that they help with stray dogs just fills my heart with joy.Should be nominated one of the top companies out there!.

Overall WPX has been great. They will take their time with you over chat (which is absolutely instantaneous - not even 5 second wait), and help with any issues and questions we have. Many times I have reached out to them and they have found solutions to help with our site. Our page load time is very fast worldwide since switching to WPX. Thank you :)

I wish there was a six star to give to…
I wish there was a six star to give to these people. Yesterday I made a mistake and my site broke and went down. I stayed surprisingly calm and went to chat, within 20 minutes support had a 19 hours ago backup up and running like if nothing happened. I went from Godaddy to WPX because of Mathew Woodward and Shane Melaugh. If it is good for Shane and helps my SEO, it is a no brainer for me. Superb speed, superb support. I am thinking only one thing, why didn't i used this before. Seriously guys, trust me i never wrote a single review of any web hosting company but this managed wp hosting is just heaven.
