no ssh, had to start a support ticket to get a cron job to run, the way they store db credentials is insecure, i will not utilize this hosting service

I can't believe how quickly WPX support…
I can't believe how quickly WPX support was able to fix my Wordpress problem. After chatting a support rep online, it was fixed in under 3 minutes. AMAZING SERVICE!

The best hosting company ever!
I'm gradually moving all my clients to WPX Hosting because of the excellent support, super fast servers, automatic backups and all around great value. I have a client who has probably spend at least $200,000 over the last five years on website design, development, content writing and marketing. The site is critical to their business. Are you kidding me? They just don’t stop! From GoDaddy, SiteGround and Kinsta, finally settled at WPX. I hardly ever write reviews, I mean this is my first review I’ve wrote since nearly 3 years ago when I praised a pet warehouse for their supreme service, anyways these guys are really on another level here in all regards. I cannot speak highly enough of this team and the service and product that they provide. Our internet speed is now equal to that of our biggest competitors, who are large companies, and for this service we are paying a fraction of the price.
