WPX support always goes above and beyond

Tenko was a huge help, solved the problem and even spotted and offered to login and fix something else that would have been a future problem. This is a common theme with WPX support, they always go above and beyond. I honestly can't think of a company in any industry that has support that is even on the same level as WPX.

Saved my domain!

Saved my domain! For some reasons my domain was in quarantine. Several other hosting providers tried to restore it, but they failed. Except for WPX hosting, and more specifically Yoana : she managed to save my domain and give it back to me. Thank you so much for your efforts and the quick problem solving!

The absolute best customer support in hosting!

Simply the best customer support in the business. We're so not use to receiving this kind of support from a hosting provider that to be honest their quick response and attention to customers almost makes me suspicious as it's so unreal and unexpected. The CEO of the company even gets involved himself when things need escalation to the point that it feels like you're doing business with a local business. I can't recommend them enough to be honest, but don't just take my words for it, ...

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Purchased a domain name with my hosting. Paid for it, and received an invoice. They then decided I wan't allowed to have this domain, and cancelled and refunded without my permission. Had an email from their "CEO" which was quite frankly rude and unprofessional. I can't feedback on their hosting as I didn't get that far. But I can feedback on their attitude to customer service, which was quite frankly awful.

Don't stay with a bad host, switch to WPX if your sites are Wordpress!

I've been with Bluehost for years, and whilst I knew they're service was not the greatest, I stuck with them because they're fairly cheap and it's pretty easy to setup (and I was just being a bit lazy to be honest)! Best Hosting Company I've Been with in 20+ Years!

I have had a lot of hosting companies. I have been hosting websites since the late 90s and out of all of them I can honestly say that I have NEVER gotten 5-star service support from ANY of them... WPX is the BEST hosting company EVER!

WPX is the BEST hosting company EVER!! They have the most AMAZING customer service. I've used GoDaddy and Bluehost in the past. Both were a nightmare if you needed technical support. WPX is a little more expensive, but the time and headache you'll save is well worth it. Plus their servers are super fast. Such a delight to work with them.
