Their customer service is incredible
Their customer service is incredible. The offer so much for a lower price compared to other Wordpress hosting platforms. Wish they had dedicated servers for 1 client and calendaring feature with their email, but besides that it's awesome

WPX hosting has incredible support. It's true that it's not over the phone but their chat staff are incredibly well trained, courteous and go out of their way to help.
