Their customer support is insanely…
Their customer support is insanely good. They have been helping with hacked websites, malware issues... all outside the scope of work and for a hosting plan that I pay $25/month for! I feel bad paying so low and getting so much value... I'll have to upgrade to a higher plan just so I can stop feeling bad for getting all this help from them.
