Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support! WPX has saved me as a digital marketing agency, hours and hours of time troubleshooting various issues I've had with my websites, from broken plugins to restoring backups. Most issues are resolved in minutes via Livechat. Besides customer support, they have excellent value for the money. I highly recommend them for managed wp hosting.

Great customer support
I love that the support team is always available to chat, and almost always solves my issues on the first try. I am no tech wizard, and they go above and beyond to help me properly configure things in 3rd party applications as well (e.g. Cloudflare), not just with WPX. Today, Mihail quickly resolved an SSL error that was causing site loading issues. Thank you
