WPX specializes in a way that enables them to offer nothing short of unprecedented technical in-depth support for WordPress sites. They go at great lengths to help you out, never shielding behind "customer error", but always proactively seeking a solution. Their offering is just second to none in a way that keeps me puzzled on how they are even able to do so. I can only recommend.

Website is down because of a WPX error and WPX tech support does not seem interested in fixing the problem. WPX has literally one job... and that is to keep websites up.

Just moved to WPX Hosting and am quite happy...
Just moved to WPX Hosting (from iThemes Hosting, which I believe is on Rackspace servers) and am very happy with the improved performance of my WordPress admin, the free migration that was done while I was sleeping, and the tech support (I had several fairly technical questions, as I am a former webmaster and am choosing to focus on content instead of technical).
