These folks deserve their 5 stars
These folks deserve their 5 star ratings. I'm a refugee from midphase (ugh) and the tech support I've gotten from WPX in the last 3 days of migrating 4 active sites (ugh) has been better than any support I ever received from the other host. I wish I had switched over earlier. Their plans include backups, malware protection, cdn... I'm stoked.

Recently started using WPX and spoke with a couple of people from the support team, each one of them have been great the latest being Yanko. The responses are lightning fast and to the point. Probably the best customer service I've ever seen.

WPX Hosting support is just the best I have ever experienced. I have had countless hosting accounts and sites over the years, and never have I experienced a support team who is so responsive and capable as I have had with WPX. On other hosts it required much more self support, but WPX is configured in a way where I don't have to mess with the server, and if for some reason I do, WPX support team is there to do it for me, and frankly they are faster and better at getting it done than I ...
