Shady advertising, ban you when you point it out!
After I pointed out the factual inaccuracy of their claim to have the "Equal HIGHEST Trustscore of any Web hosting service on Trustpilot.com (4.9 out of 5)" (a title actually held by a hosting company called 20i), they banned me from their Facebook page. Shady business practices - I will be reporting this as misleading. AVOID

Love the fast Chat feature. At the click of a button. Eleonora was very helpful, courteous and friendly AND fixed my non-css loading site within 5 seconds!

Images were not showing up on my site
Images were not showing up on my site. I couldn't figure out why. No problem, I just call up the chat for my friendly WPX support and the problem is solved in five minutes. Veselin diagnosed the problem in no time, which was the caching plugin, and then installed some custom settings for me (even though I didn't ask). As always, WPX is the best and knowing they are there to help takes a load off my mind.

As usual, whenever I need something about domains or websites we manage, I log in wpx.net and ask them to do it for me.It's like having an internal support team, except that one works 24/7/365!
