PHP updating on WPX
I needed to update my PHP. Couldn't figure it out. Went to WPX hosting help on 'chat'. Spoke to Dimitar who said he'd do it for me there and then. Brilliant. He did it in 1 minute.

I needed to shut down an old website…
I needed to shut down an old website hosted elsewhere and send the significant level of traffic it gets to my new site under a new name on WPX. I tried a number of different things over a couple of weeks but none were really satisfactory. So eventually I asked WPX what could be done from their side. Migration from cheap and slow to WPX
Moving our WordPress/WooCommerce/Divi site from a cheap shared server host which was frustratingly slow, and sometimes unusable on the backend. WOW, I cannot believe how fast it is now!!! I did a quick before/after test on Pingdom, and on old host it was 8.5 seconds to load the home page, and now it is 1.5 seconds on WPX!

Awesome service as usual
I had to get the login info to connect my FTP user login to Filezilla and also, had a new domain to set up on WordPress and of course, Kristiyan gave me an awesome service once again. I have been with wpx hosting for at least three years and every time I have reached out to get help from these guys, the service has been excellent! Keep up the great work guys!

Great Support as Always
Service may seem expensive but it is well worth the money, considering the fact that you have 24hour support that feels like your own personal account manager. I am yet to encounter an issue that they haven't fixed. Plus there is the automatic backup of your site and staging at no extra cost. I have been around a few hosts and will recommend WPX any day
