30 second response time on Christmas…
30 second response time on Christmas day? Sure! That's no problem for the WPX team. I created a new website and had trouble configuring the SSL certificate so I reached out to the customer service rep who took care of the issue in only a few minutes. He also set up the W3 Cache settings for me to get me up and running.

Superior speed and excellent support
Superior speed and excellent support. I didn’t believe my site could run so fast. They did the migration of 3 of my sites within hours and didn’t charge. Its Christmas Day and they still respond within a minute. I have gone through many hosting companies. I am here for life!

WPX is second to absolutely NO-ONE
WPX is second to absolutely NO-ONE. They are always online, your site is ALWAYS visible, and, their support is amazing. You can ask them practically anything, and they will politely respond and fix any issues that you may be experiencing.5 STARS and that is not enough, lol.

When i was locked out my account…
When i was locked out my account through a bad plugin - Martin came to my help. Not only did he disable the plugin allowing me to log in, but he ran an additional security check. All is great now and I can rely not only on the excellent support, but also I am rest assured that WPX is a VERY secure web hosting platform. Excellent service!
