Fast to respond. Poor to set expectations. Poor security. False advertising of "FREE daily malware detection & removal". Last Thursday morning at 3am my website went down. I contacted WPX - they told me it was my plugins and that I was using too much resources and needed to remove things that were critical to the websites function - this included Woocommerce - a very confusing and unsatisfactory solution. Top-notch support and service
