Dedicated to a positive outcome: Quite often, customer service is not as thorough as needed, but I found my chat support today to address my needs completely and they worked in the backend when I had problems with merging my sites.

Radoslav helped me with an SSL issue within minutes. He made sure that I understood the process, and how to implement a workaround in the event that there was still an SSL issue. Following his advice ultimately resolved my issue. I'm extremely satisfied.

I have had an ongoing issue with images…
I have had an ongoing issue with images not populating correctly on my site. It's been extremely frustrating, and I couldn't figure it out. After many weeks of struggle, I reached back out to WPX support and Kristiyan S. was finally able to hone in on the issue and fix it!!! A total lifesaver, thank you Kristiyan!!
