Things have been gradually getting…
Things have been gradually getting worse at WPX. The grand finale was today when everything went down. I like many others are losing money today because all our sites are down. What started as a strong provider when I joined them almost a year ago turned into a problem. I should have left a few months ago when many others did.

WPX has been down (Aug-02-2021 9am)
Aug-02-2021 9am : Unacceptable. WPX has been down for 1hr20min. As a consequence, websites are down, business emails and tools are down. PEOPLE are losing revenue. NO updates, no feedback, no ETA for return. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable.

Site down for THREE HOURS.
My website has been down for THREE HOURS. They didn't even do me the courtesy of emailing me when they found out. How does ONE data center going down take down ALL of the websites? Isn't the point of a host to ensure there is redundancy in cases like this? Shocked. I was running FB ads to my site. For the past several hours, people were clicking and not landing on my site. ENTIRE Structure is down for hours… will they improve?
UPDATE: As you can see by their reply below, after the fact they are taking some responsibility and promising to create improvements. This I appreciate. Mistakes do happen and panic can make us all freeze up. I'm happy to change my review if I see follow though and consistent communication, but there's a clock. WPX Completely Down With ZERO communication
The entire WPX network (including their own site!) has been down for over 3 hours and counting now. The communication has been absolutely non-existant and we STILL have no idea if and when our sites will be live again. I can't believe literally 1 hour before this happened I recommended WPX to someone. I have now retracted that AND my business. Very bad Overselling hosting company.
Overselling hosting. Server now down for over 9 hours. No communication from WPX hosting. This is bad business ethics. At least you should update your customers via your social media platform. Lost so many important contacts and business due to your lack of professionalism. We all agreed you are down, why not communicate with us.
