I have a lot to say, but I don't want to be too dispersive. I manage over 15 sites on WPX and from day one I have NEVER had any problems. I have been using WPX for 3 and a half years. The support is quite exceptional, I get support in 10 seconds or less and 99.9% of the time they already solve my problem. I've been with WPX for a few years now…
I've been with WPX for a few years now and am so glad I switched from our previous provider. Whenever I have a question or issue, I just hop on chat and get an answer right away. Just now for instance Nikola Atanasov provided great service through chat -- resolved our issue promptly, while providing good information.

Velislav from WPX was very direct and helpful in resolving my browser issue; even though not directly related to my own site, he still took the time to assist in updating me on some current operating system restrictions and terminology. Thanks as always WPX!

Very fast and super helpful
Very fast and super helpful. I am looking forward to a new relationship after finding previous hosts OK to start with and then, despite maintaining a clean and optimised database and fairly consistently well optimised website that my website was causing the increased ttfb and that's why I needed to upgrade (or move). WPX does not appear to be that kind of host :)
